Terms of Service and Purchasing Agreement

Below is our Purchasing Agreement.  You must agree to it before you will be able to proceed through the checkout process.  Please read through it carefully and note that this agreement will be presented as evidence of your understanding of our terms, conditions, & liabilities in the event that you attempt to recoup your funds through your credit card company.

Upon your purchase, you understand that we do not honor any refunds under any conditions.  If there was an error on our part resulting in your custom order not being made correctly, we will accept the item back to either correct the error or remake the item all together resulting in a longer shipping time.  Under no circumstances will we refund your order.  

Exchanges, Error Corrections, or any mistake on our part warranting us to accept an item back to be remade or exchanged will not be honored unless the item is returned to us unaltered in any way.  You have one week from
receipt of your item to report it as an error.  After that time you are choosing to accept the item as being made correctly or as described, and therefore will not be accepted for exchanged or remade under our agreement of error correction.  All stock items are sold as is and will not be returned or exchanged unless advertised in error for which you also have one week to report to us.  Also each item returned must be unaltered in any way (i.e. cut, colored, bleaching of the knots, bleach bathed, or any other type of alteration).  If this is the case, we will not accept the item back.  You will be charged any and all incurred fees for shipping and a 10% stocking fee before your item will be returned to you if an item is sent back altered.

Our usual shipping times are listed by each item.  These shipping times are occasionally extended due to factory delays, customs delays, or factory holidays. During these types of circumstances which we have no control over and are not responsible for we will notify you once we are aware of the issue. We are not responsible for factory or customs delays and will not refund any funds in the case that there may be a delay, but we are responsible for informing you. We make an effort to advertise factory holidays so that you will be aware of this prior to purchase but factory delays can be a number of things that we may not be aware of prior to the problem and have no control over. If the delay is on our part due to delayed shipping we will take responsibility for the error and will refund you the shipping charges. If the delay is on behalf of the carrier service (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, or whomever is used) we are not responsible. You are always provided a confirmation/tracking number for any item shipped to you with the exception of a wrongfully returned item. You will be charged the normal shipping charge for that item being returned. Normal shipping charges include the same amount paid in the initial purchase.

If at any time you are shipping an item back to us, you are responsible for the initial return shipping charges. We will not accept C.O.D.'s.  We will reject it and your right to return the item may be denied if it is not correctly returned to us within the time asked for return shipments. We ask that all returns be mailed in within two weeks of receipt. This means that within two weeks of receipt you must have notified us of your intent to return the item, completed the return form, and shipped the item out to us with confirmation/tracking. After the item is received and the error is found, we will refund your initial shipping charge of the item and keep you informed for when you shall receive the corrected item.

When purchasing adhesives, it is very important that you check for the active ingredient in each. We list each active ingredient on our site. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may take place. Thus, we ask that you perform a skin/patch test prior to full use of any adhesive, protector, or remover.

We do not recommend or advertise certain alterations to your item. These types of alterations may destroy the quality of the hair. Alterations such as using household bleach, ammonia, or other harsh chemicals not advertised for use on hair are highly NOT recommended. If you intend to conduct procedures such as bleach bathing, knot bleaching, or any other harsh treatment to your item you are voiding our return policy. Furthermore, we will not take responsibility for an item altered in those ways or any other ways. Please remember not to use heavy or a lot of products on the hair as well.

Also, you must not purchase before having full knowledge of what it is that you want to purchase. You should not have any questions at the time of purchase, all questions should be answered prior to purchase to alleviate any confusion. You understand that your shipping time frame begins when your order form has been turned into us with no further information needed from you and a full payment is received.
