How can I prevent my lace wig from shedding/loosing hair?
We recommend using knot sealer to seal your knots on the underside of your wig. Just flip your wig inside out and be sure to protect the remaining hair with a plastic bag. Spray a light spray of knot sealer on the knots of lace wig cap. You should seal your knots after every washing. Knot sealer is available online for about $25.00, however, you can use matte clear acrylic spray that you may find in any craft shop for a couple dollars.

Can I swim wearing my lace wig?
Yes. You can swim in your lace unit "wig" if you use a long term extended hold glue.

What is remy hair?
Remy hair (also known as virgin or cuticle hair) is the highest quality human hair. The cuticles of the hair are all intact and facing in the same direction, which allows for less tangling (we believe there is no such thing as tangle free hair). It is in its natural state, free from chemical processing. It only comes in natural dark colors such as black, off black, dark brown, and medium brown.

What are baby hairs?
Baby hairs are fine hairs that are placed at the hairline for a more natural look. They can be placed around the hairline in the front, back or around the entire perimeter.

Can I color (dye) my lace wig and flat iron it?
Yes, just like your own hair, remy hair can be dyed, styled, permed or hot ironed according to whatever hairstyle you prefer.

Can I wear a lace front if I have a full head of hair and just want to change my look?
Of course. It's a must that you make your own hair as flat as possible by wrapping or braiding it, etc., then apply a stocking cap (that simulates your natural scalp color) over your natural hair.

What are bleached knots?
Bleached knots is currently the best method of making the hair appear as if it is growing from your scalp. If you do not have bleached knots you will see a dark dot on the skin, especially when the base is lace. However, if the knots are single knots at the hairline you do not need to bleach the knots.

How long will it take for my wig to arrive?

Our hair systems are custom made. The finest human hair tied onto a lace base, carefully and properly to proivde the natural appearance you desire. It takes on average about 4-5 weeks for shipment depending on the work load once payment is confirmed.

If you have place an instock order it will be sent next day once payment is confirmed.
